Shipping:

  • Orders are shipped from Qatar and delivered directly to your doorstep.

Processing Time:

  • Orders placed before 2:30 PM (Qatar Time) are usually shipped the same day.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on location, but most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • We ship worldwide. International shipments are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or local taxes.

  • In case of undeliverable packages returned to us, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return/Exchange Policy:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.

  • For exchanges, please include at least 5 images of the product to verify the condition.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  • Free returns are provided for all eligible orders.

  • Please pack your items securely and use a trackable shipping method.

Note:

  • Items that are altered, washed, or have tags removed are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We process refunds within 2-3 business days after receiving returned items.
